Nothing But Caps operates from the United Kingdom and sells physical caps to customers within the UK only.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

We only sell physical caps. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders if needed.

Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT. We may update pricing at any time without notice.

3. SHIPPING

  • Tracked Shipping: £3.30 flat rate for UK orders.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 4-6 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to postal service issues or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. RETURNS

You may return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or custom items.

5. PAYMENT

We accept all major payment methods available via Shopify Payments, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including the logo, brand name, designs, text, and images—is the intellectual property of Nothing But Caps and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We make every effort to ensure product accuracy and timely delivery, but we are not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery or shipping errors

  • Minor colour or design variations

  • Stock availability or discontinued products

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product.
