Refund policy

Not loving your cap? No stress. You’ve got 30 days to send it back — as long as it’s unworn, in original condition, and not custom-made.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Not a bespoke/custom-made cap

To start a return, email us at hello@nothingbutcaps.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

You’ll be responsible for the cost of sending returns back to us.
We’ll send you the return address once your return is approved.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@nothingbutcaps.co.uk

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • This usually takes up to 10 business days

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Custom or bespoke caps cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

NOTHING BUT CAPS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
